Submit a request

If you can sign in, open Account & privacy and submit a deletion request.

If you cannot sign in, use our privacy contact form. Say “Delete my PersonalitySite account”, provide the account email, and tell us if you also need help identifying guest records. Do not send your password, payment-card number, or assessment answers.

For signed-in requests, your current password verifies ownership automatically. Deletion normally starts on the next maintenance run and completes within seven days. You can withdraw the request until processing starts. If you cannot sign in, contact us so we can help verify ownership.

What the request covers

Deletion removes your profile identity, passwords and sessions, assessment answers, scores and personalized results, private reports and sharing/download access. You lose access to purchased reports when you delete the account. Minimum purchase identifiers, verified payment amounts and dates, token fingerprints/protected verification tokens, reversal state and closed internal references remain for purchase validation, duplicate-use prevention and refunds. These retained records do not include your assessment answers, scores, report content, name or account email.

Uninstalling the app or clearing its session does not delete server records. Files you saved or shared are outside the app and cannot be recalled. Deleting PersonalitySite data does not delete your Google account or independently erase Google Play's purchase records.

Our receipt/contact details and site logs expire after seven days; completed recovery backups expire seven days after creation. A backup made before live deletion may retain a residual copy for up to another seven days. Restores must reapply deletion records before the site reopens. Google keeps its own purchase records, and our email provider may keep delivery metadata for approximately 30 to 35 days under its own policy. These provider-held records are outside our local seven-day cleanup.
