Categories, sources, and purposes
We receive the assessment answers you submit and generate scores, result interpretations, and report content from those answers. Depending on the selected assessment, these may reveal or infer emotional/mental wellbeing, stress patterns, self-esteem, relationship experiences, or related health information. We associate records with a guest browser credential or, if you sign in or save a result, your account. You may also voluntarily provide relevant information in a support or privacy request. Sources are your interactions and the interpretations produced from them; we do not buy health data or import medical records from healthcare providers.
We process this information to deliver the assessment you request, maintain progress, show results, provide requested report/download access, save records to your account when you choose, provide support, and respond to privacy/security requests. Assessments are educational tools, not a clinical or diagnostic service. We do not sell consumer health data, use it for targeted advertising, or collect precise location/health-facility geofencing data for these purposes.
Recipients and optional sharing
Authorized Endtek operators and hosting processors handle data needed to operate, secure, and support the requested service. SMTP2GO processes account/support emails; ordinary confirmation and recovery messages do not contain your assessment answers or results. We do not send individual answers to workspace managers or automatically publish results. If you separately choose a private share link, people who receive the complete link can access the selected free-result summary or full-report PDF. Your sharing confirmation is separate from account-policy acceptance. You choose the link duration and can revoke future access in Sharing controls. Copies previously downloaded or captured by a recipient cannot be recalled. Additional collection or sharing for a new purpose requiring consent will require a separate affirmative choice.
Retention and account deletion
Signed-in account deletion is verified automatically by confirming your password and completes within seven days. It removes account identity, answers, scores, personalized results, report files and access links. Minimum closed purchase/security identifiers and verification/reversal evidence remain; they do not include your name, account email, assessment answers, scores or report contents. Our receipt/contact details, site logs and completed recovery backups have seven-day retention. A recovery snapshot made before live deletion may retain a residual for up to another seven days; deletion records are reapplied before a restored service reopens. SMTP2GO may retain delivery metadata for approximately 30 to 35 days. Google and Stripe independently retain payment records. Files you saved or shared cannot be recalled.
Rights, withdrawal, and requests
You may request confirmation/access to your consumer health data, deletion, withdrawal of consent, and information about applicable disclosures. Use Account & privacy or the contact form at https://personalitysite.com/contact?topic=privacy; for guest records, keep the original browser available if possible so we can verify control. We verify identity without requiring unnecessary health details. You can revoke private links immediately. The operator reviews broader requests, including relevant processor and recovery-copy handling, and responds within applicable statutory periods, explains a refusal or permitted retention, and provides an appeal process. If you disagree with a decision, contact support with “Privacy appeal” and the request reference. You may also raise a complaint with the Washington Attorney General at https://www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint. Withdrawing a choice may end the associated optional service but does not authorize unrelated data use.
