Accounts, assessments and storage

The app connects to PersonalitySite.com over HTTPS. Account details, assessment answers, results, purchases and support/privacy requests are handled by the same service as the website. Sign-in and guest access use the app's own cookies and browser storage.

PDFs and exports are temporarily cached in private app storage; expired copies are removed on a later app launch. Clear app session removes cookies, browser storage and temporary downloads. Files you explicitly save or share remain in your chosen location or with your recipient.

The app uses Android's document picker when you choose a file. It does not request contacts, location, microphone or camera access. Android app backups are disabled, and sensitive screens are protected from ordinary screenshots and recent-app previews.

Google Play purchases

Where report purchases are available through Google Play, Google handles payment information under its own policies. We send an account identifier derived with a keyed hash and an order reference to bind the purchase to the correct PersonalitySite account and report. We do not send assessment answers or report content to Google Play for billing.

Our server verifies the purchase token, product, account/order association, payment state and charged amount with Google. Purchase tokens are encrypted in private server records and used to recover purchases, acknowledge delivery and check cancellations or refunds. Receipt/contact details expire after seven days. We retain minimum purchase verification, replay-prevention and refund/revocation evidence so purchased reports remain accessible while your account exists. Deleting the account removes personalized report content and account access; minimum closed purchase/security references remain. Google independently retains its purchase records.

Your choices and requests

Use Account & privacy for your account-data download and requests, or request account deletion without reinstalling the app. For guest records, keep the original app session if possible so we can verify ownership.

Verified account deletion completes within seven days. Our site logs and completed recovery backups have seven-day retention; backup residuals can last up to another seven days after live deletion. Deletion records are reapplied before a restored site reopens. Our email provider may retain delivery metadata for approximately 30 to 35 days. See the deletion and retention details.

Contact Endtek LLC through our privacy contact form. Clearing storage or uninstalling the app ends local access; it does not itself erase server data.
