These terms cover the public site, available assessments, accounts, saved results, downloads, and optional private sharing. You must be at least 18 years old to use the assessment/account service and agree to these terms when creating an account.
Assessments and limitations
Assessments and interpretations are provided for education and personal reflection. They are not medical or mental-health diagnoses, professional treatment, guarantees, or a substitute for qualified advice. Read the method and limitations for each assessment. Results depend on the answers provided and may change over time. Do not use results alone for employment, clinical, legal, financial, or other consequential decisions, or submit another person's private information without permission.
Accounts and saved access
Provide an email you control, confirm it, and keep your password and recovery links private. Use your own account and do not bypass access controls, abuse verification or sharing links, interfere with the service, or scrape private data. Attempts started while signed in are saved to your account. Guest access depends on that browser; to retain cross-device access, save a completed guest result to a verified account before clearing browser data. Registration is free and does not itself purchase a paid report. We may restrict an account for misuse or security reasons; you may contact support about access or data requests.
Reports and sharing
A result-summary download contains the free result, not a full paid report. If a paid report is offered, review its price, access details, and current Refunds and report access notice before purchasing. A separate payment is required only for an offered paid product. No purchase is necessary to create an account or see an available free primary result.
Your saved results are private unless you separately create a share link. Anyone with that link can view/download the chosen summary or full-report PDF until it expires or is revoked. Choose recipients carefully; copies already received cannot be recalled. Shared content remains subject to assessment limitations. A recipient must not publish or misuse another person's private information. You may download your own results and share them for personal use; this does not grant rights to reproduce or resell our assessment questions, scoring system, or report templates.
Privacy and support
Our Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, and Cookies notice explain data handling and your controls. You may revoke links, manage sessions, download account data, and request access/correction/deletion. Privacy requests are reviewed and fulfilled as applicable; submitting a request does not instantly erase records. Contact support for lost access, suspected misuse, or an incorrect report. Do not email passwords, card numbers, or unnecessary medical records.
Availability and changes
We work to provide accurate content and reliable access, but availability and suitability cannot be guaranteed. Applicable consumer rights and protections are not waived by these terms. Material changes and any new paid-product conditions will be described before they apply to the relevant service. Existing data is not automatically made public or used for new marketing purposes when features change.
