FOR ORGANIZATIONS

Self-awareness for stronger teams

Explore individual self-assessments about work habits, communication, leadership, and personal development. Participants can save their own results and choose what to share for a learning or coaching conversation.

Learning conversations

Use the result as a starting point for reflection about work and communication. Read its limitations and avoid using an assessment alone for hiring, promotion, screening, or other consequential decisions.

Participant control

Each person controls their saved result and any private sharing link they create. Agree on the purpose and audience before sharing; a private link can be revoked, while downloaded copies cannot be recalled.

Respect personal context

Invite people to discuss what they recognize in a result and what does not fit their experience. Keep conversations voluntary and avoid labeling someone as inherently good or bad because of a score.
